I am a Reiki Master Practitioner with 10 years experience in the Rochester, New York area..

 

 

The work 'Reiki' is of Japanese origin.  'Rei' meaning higher power, and 'ki' meaning life source, soul or spirit.

 

Reiki is a spiritually guided form of healing.  However, it is not affiliated with any religion or religious practice.

 

It has been proven that Reiki can and does help relieve stress and tension and helps facilitate healing on all levels.

 

Reiki, along with regular medical checkups, increases the opportunity for a healthier life.

 

As I stated, I am a Reiki Master Practitioner with 10 years experience.  I am available for Reiki sessions and also to instruct others in the art of Reiki.
